Ivy Anan Mawuko is a Leadership Development Consultant at Nova Business School Africa, where she collaborates on the design and delivery of transformative learning experiences for senior executives and emerging leaders across the continent. She brings over 25 years of deep expertise in leadership development, organizational learning, and executive coaching, gained through roles in both multinational and regional organizations.
Previously, Ivy was Head of Learning for Africa Regions at Standard Bank Group, where she played a pivotal role in developing and executing talent and leadership strategies across diverse markets. Her professional journey spans engagements across Africa and Europe, with extensive experience in human resource development, facilitation, and coaching.
Ivy is also a Director at Compass Financial Ministry, supporting English, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa in teaching timeless biblical principles on money and business stewardship.
A passionate advocate for human potential, Ivy is committed to helping individuals discover and grow their unique talents to drive personal and organizational impact. She has consulted across various sectors including international NGOs, corporate institutions, hospitality, and the public sector.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana and an MPhil in Gender and Development Studies from the University of Bergen, Norway. Ivy is a certified professional coach with Erickson College (Canada), a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach (USA), and a Career Direct Consultant (South Africa and USA). She is also a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Ivy is married to Steve, and together they have two children, Jonathan and Phoebe
